The Branson Track Family Fun Parks are some of the most beloved attractions in Branson. Hundreds of families go through the Track parks every year, riding go karts, flying on the Skycoaster, zipping around in bumper cars, and just generally having fun together. The Branson Track parks continue to offer families a place to enjoy rides and games, plus new activities to keep you coming back for more!
With fourteen go kart Track parks, you won’t run out of places to drive anytime soon. And if you have little ones, they can ride as well – many of the Branson Tracks offer smaller karts and tracks for kids. One of the popular go kart tracks in town is the Heavy Metal High Rise, a four stories high track fashioned from steel and concrete. This track is 1,200 feet long and features a four story spiral followed by a three tiered slope back to ground level.
Wild Woody is another favorite Branson Track – if you like old school wooden roller coasters, this is the track for you! This cool wooden track has become a landmark in Branson – it’s hard to miss. At four stories tall and featuring two mini spirals, one full spiral and a blind peak, you and your family will have a blast on this track.
And don’t forget The Lumberjack –this was the Track Branson’s original go kart track and it is still a huge favorite to this day. Three stories tall with a blind peak, two full spirals and a logging theme, this high rise wooden track is one you won’t want to skip the drive on.
The Branson Track parks offer more for family fun than just driving high speed go karts. Batting cages, mini golf, bumper cars, arcades and laser tag are popular activities. And for those in your family who are feeling brave, take a dive on the Skycoaster! You can also get snacks, sweets and drinks at any of the Branson Track parks.
The Branson Track parks are all about merging old favorites with new – and they are excited to announce that the 150 foot tall Navy Pier Ferris Wheel from Chicago will be making it’s home at the Track! Officials from the Navy Pier stated that they will be debuting a newer, bigger, 196 foot tall Ferris Wheels for the 100th anniversary of the Navy Pier. When the original wheel came down in September, The Track Family Fun Parks purchased it for $2.5 million. The Ferris Wheel will open June 23rd, 2016 to celebrate the Branson Track’s 35 anniversary; it can hold up to 240 passengers in its 40 compartments, and will be adorned with 16,000 lights. The Ferris Wheel will certainly be a memorable addition to the Branson Track parks!
