These festivals include the diverse international events of the World-Fest, the Bluegrass, and BBQ Festival in May. Young visitors celebrate the National Kids Fest in Silver Dollar City from June through August. From late August through early September, is the time of celebration of the Southern Gospel Picnic. The celebration of National Harvest Festival is held from mid-September to late October.
