One of the theaters that offer gospel and other entertaining shows is the God and Country Theater located on Highway 76 in Branson. This theater features different kinds of entertaining and wholesome shows daily. The famous Grand ‘Ol Opry and The Porter Wagner Show offer free Sunday service at Cowboy Church and at the God and Country Theater.
Branson features numerous free Worship Services during Sunday. Listen to many great entertainers singing at an open service every Sunday. The Old Time Country Gospel Hour with Glen and Sue Phillips offers a free show that will entertain everyone on Sundays between 11 and 12 noon at the Imax Little Opry Theater. Another free show at the Imax Little Opry Theater in Branson is The “Good News Gospel” with Leroy New and Friends that starts at 9 am every Sunday.
God and Country Theater in Branson features many different kinds of entertaining shows daily. Some of these shows include “The 8 O’clock Rock Show” that performs songs from the past. See them every Tuesday and Saturday at 8pm as they perform the songs of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Roling Stones, Eagles, Animals, Dave Clark Five, and many more. The “3 Men and a Lady” also perform in this theater every Friday at 5 pm. Their wonderful performance may titillate everyone as they sing love songs of Phil Collins, Journey, Hewey Lewis, Hall & Oats, and many more.
“Bee Gees and Beyond” show at the same theater will bring you the best music over three decades of great tunes by the dynamic, prolific, and world famous singing group that was the Bee Gees. The show will relive the musical journey of this incredible trio through electrifying tunes and high energy dance. Their early hits in the late 60s will inspire everyone up to their rise to stardom during the disco era to their continued success in the 80s and 90s. This incredible show is performed every Friday and Saturday at 8 pm.
Another entertaining show in the theater is the modern re-interpretation of ABBA classics, “Thank You For The Music”. Watch the group as they perform ABBA’s greatest hits such as Dancing Queen, Mama Mia, Waterloo, Chiquitita, Fernando, The Winners Takes It All, S.O.S. and many more. The show is performed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 2 pm.
The “All American Gospel” will be also held every Friday at 10:00 am in the same theater. The show will bring you back to your religious roots as the members of the group perform great classic gospel hits from the past. “God and Country’s Cowboy Church” is also featured in the theater every Sunday at 10:30 am for about 60 minutes of old country gospel music.
