For some Branson visitors, faith is important and so is worship. But how do you find a church in the area that will welcome you if you’re on vacation and don’t know the area? Never fear – whether you go to an Assembly of God, a Catholic parish, or a Baptist church, Branson has you covered.
First Presbyterian Church is located at 420 West Main in Branson, Mo. First Presbyterian holds Sunday school at 9 a.m., and worship at 10 a.m. Wednesday night services include fellowship dinner at 5:30 p.m., followed by bible studies for all age groups at 6:30 p.m. For the holidays, the church will be hosting their Blue Christmas service on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 6:30 p.m.
Branson Bible Church also hosts services each week on Sunday mornings and evenings and Wednesday evenings. Sunday school starts at 9:45 a.m. and runs to 10:30 a.m., followed by Sunday morning services from 10:50 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Sunday evening services are from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday nights consist of multiple classes that start at 6:30 p.m., and focus on different age groups.
The Sanctuary of Hope is another option for worship if you want to attend church while in Branson. Located at 1790 Bee Creek Road, the Sanctuary of Hope holds Sunday school 9:00 a.m., followed by morning worship at 10:00 a.m. and evening worship at 6:00 a.m. Bible studies are held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning and 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening.
